The company has its head office in Victoria Island, Lagos with other branches in Abuja, Ibadan and Portharcourt.

NURAINI OLATUNJI Bsc.,ANIVS,RVS .
Mallam Olatunji is a graduate of Estate Management from The Prestigious University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife). He was with Ondo state Housing Corporation Akure for his NYSC scheme and joined RAO Investment Property Company Limited (a subsidiary of Eleganza Group of Companies) after his National Youth Service in 1984. At RAO Investment, Olatunji got seriously involved in the art of property maintenance and management. He was the Estate officer in charge of the Company's properties located in various parts of Lagos state including the 44 Nos luxury apartment with all modern amenities at 35 Ikoyi crescent Ikoyi,Lagos.

In 1987 he joined Alliance Mortgage Consortium Limited as Estate Manager,Here he got involved in Real Estate Financing with emphasis on "Lease Development Finance". He teamed up with A.A Adepoju to establish Adepoju,Olatunji and Associates in 1992

He is the Managing Partner of the firm.

AHMED ADENRELE ADEPOJU BSc. AMNIM, ANIVS, RVS (PRINCIPAL PARTNER).
n the last two decades, Prince Ahmed Adenrele Adepoju has been an active professional in the vibrant Estate Surveying and Valuation of the Nigeria economy. The consummate professional attended the prestigious University of Ife, (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile-Ife, Nigeria from where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Estate management in 1985.
His eventual professional carrier was launched on a solid starting bloc at the Property Division of one of the big players in the banking sector-United Bank for Africa (UBA) where he did his National Service.   The rock-solid practice foundation earned him a place at Knight Frank & Rutely, Lagos where he proved his worth in Facility Management of high-rise offices and residential buildings. He managed such buildings as the Stock Exchange House, NAL Towers, Freemen/Shell House, NIDB House, Methodist House amongst a host of others. Before Ahmed Adepoju left the organization, he handled Valuation of Assets of big corporate organizations including PHCN, NITEL and Shell to mention just a few.

In January 1992, this team player floated Adepoju, Olatunji & Associates with Mallam Nuraini Olatunji; he became a Principal Partner in the new company. Due to largely professional expertise, the firm within a span of fifteen years has established branches in Abuja, Ibadan and Portharcourt offering customized services in key areas like valuation either for mortgage purposes or insurance purposes as well as Plant and Machinery, Property Management, Agency, Project Appraisal and General Services in Real Estate Consultancy arena.

With him as team leader, the firm has undertaken a number of valuation exercises; majority of them involved highly automated and complex blue chip industries, recent valuation he played a commanding role, included that of Nigerian Reinsurance Plc, Assets of Allied Bank Nigeria at the instance of NDIC; British American Insurance Plc and Assets of Nigeria Textiles Mills Limited, Lagos.

Adepoju has also been active in activities of the overseer of his profession. The Lagos branch of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.   This manager of men and material has at various times had been the spokesman, ex-officio and currently the Vice – Chairman of Lagos Branch.
